A 3yr old baby girl and her father were both shot 1800 W 48TH St, at around 2:45. Police say man walked up to the girl's father and just began shooting. The 3 yr old was shot in both of her legs and her father was shot in his foot. They both were taken to University of Chicago Hospital and are in stable condition. PRAYERS FOR OUR CITY! THOUGHTS?
