An illegal U turn on Lower Wacker led to the death of a 3 yr old little girl. The 3 yr old was not in a car seat at the time of the accident and was ejected from the car upon impact. At 1:09 a.m., a Mazda 3 was heading west in the first block of West Lower Wacker Drive and made a U-turn at an intersection, police said. It struck an Acura MDX driving east on a green light and hit a wall. The 29 yr old man and woman in the car had serious injures and were taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
