According to authorities, at around 1 am screams were heard coming from the Chicago River on Dearborn and Wacker! Security guards in the area helped rescue a 29 yr old man who jumped in the river after having one to many cocktails! The man was unharmed and transported to Northwestern Hospital and stabilized! SMH!!
