28 yr-old Jason Taylor of Evanston, has been arrested for posing as a ride-share driver, picking up women he met on a dating app and sexually assaulting them! The assault happened on the 30th of July to a woman in her 20's. Taylor was held on a $100,000 bail Monday, and was released after posting bond, police said.
