Daniel Pantaleo, the police officer who administered the choke hold that killed Eric Garner has been fired!!! An administrative judge recommended that Pantaleo be terminated due to the confrontation in 2014 that led to Eric Garner's death. Unfortunately that recommendation was not considered and Pantaleo remained on desk duty. But as of today Pantaleo was fired and is no longer on the force!!
