23 yr-old Frank Sykes escaped police custody after being arrested! Sykes was stopped Monday evening by police while riding a bike on 75th & Halsted at around 8:30 am after they discovered a handgun. The following morning when he was being transported to the Cook County jail Sykes managed to escape.
