This is heartbreaking! 11 yr-old Kentavia Blackful was shot in the head the night before her 12th birthday and passed away on her birthday. Kentavia was shot in the head about 9 p.m. Monday near 158th Street and Pulaski Road. Prayers for her Family at this time!!
