A 3 yr-old boy was found by a postal worker on his route, wondering the streets with nothing on but a pamper. At 2:10 pm yesterday the postal worker found the boy on 73rd and Clyde. No one has come forward to claim the little boy. He is currently in DCFS custody. DAMN SHAME!
