A 3 yr old toddler was shot on the West Side of Chicago this morning. The shooting occurred on 1300 block of Homan at around 9am. The toddler was sitting in a car outside of a public library with his Uncle while his Aunt made copies inside of the library. Two gunman came from around the corner targeting a 35 yr old man and began shooting. As a result the baby boy was shot in the arm. He is in serious but stable condition at Stroger Hospital. The 35 yr old man who was the intended target was shot in the heel and is at Mt. Sinai Hospital. Of course no suspects are in custody at this time. DAMN SHAME!!
