Overnight 2 men were beaten and robbed on the Red Line platform. The attack took place at around 11:40pm. The 61 yr old man told investigators that a group of 6 to 10 teenagers male and females started harassing him on the train. When he got off at the Lake street station they exited the train with him. After he exited the train someone shoved him from the group and then began attacking him. A 21 yr old man tried to help him and was beaten and robbed as well! Both men were treated at a nearby hospital and are in good condition. CTA officials and authorities are pulling video to find the suspects. No one is in custody.
