Lori Harvey has plead not guilty after being charged with a criminal hit and run. According to sources, Lori's legal team has filed documents citing a not guilty plea after she was spotted leaving the scene of an accident that left her Mercedes Benz truck over turned.
Now that she has decided to fight the charges, she has been ordered back to court next month for a preliminary hearing.
