Nicki Minaj is in the middle of a messy legal battle with songwriter Tracy Chapman over Nicki's song "Sorry". According to legal documents, Tracy is suing Nicki because she claims that Nicki used her song "Baby Can I Hold You" without the proper clearance. To make matters worse, the song was leaked to a popular New York DJ and played all over the world.
