While people have anticipated that the new year might bring new change for many cities across America, some cities are still struggling with the same issues.
One of those being our very own Chicago. According to recent news reports, the homicide rate in July 2021 has reached a total of 400 deaths. However, the rate is lower than last year but we still have the rest of the year to go.
