Back to School Picnic Shot Up in Chicago, Leaves Two Kids Hospitalized

A free back to school event for kids, was shot up today on the west side of Chicago. The senseless shooting left two kids hospitalized with gunshot wounds. A young girl who was passing out free cotton candy was shot four times. Read more below.
