Last month in the Chicago Austin neighborhood a fatal shooting took place claiming the life of 20 year old Charles Starks.
On Sunday, Chicago prosecutors say that the mother of 18 year old Joshua Scarver helped to identify her son as the shooter. She reportedly witnessed him fire multiple gunshots during the attack.
