The judge in the Kyle Rittenhouse case just announced that he would be dismissing the charge of underage weapon possession in the case. The charge which would’ve been punishable for up to 9 months in prison, is the second charged to be dropped.
Rittenhouse is currently on trial for using a rifle to kill two people and wound another during a protest in Kenosha Wisconsin.
