Bezerra was caught on camera putting his private part in the woman's mouth after he heavily sedated her.
The secret camera that he was caught on was put into the room after other doctors were concerned about how much medication he was using on patients.
After reviewing the tapes that is what they found he was doing to the patients on the other side of the sheet!
He has since been arrested.
