Reports are saying that Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are proceeding with divorce. According to Newsweek, Brady could be losing $200 million in the divorce settlement. His current net worth is reportedly over $400 million and under U.K. matrimonial law the starting point for division of assets is 50/50. This is unless Brady has a pre-nuptial agreement with supermodel Gisele. The two share two children - Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9. Brady has another son John, 15, with ex Bridget Moynahan.
