The Jacksonville Sheriff's office has identified Jacksonville shooter as 21 year old Ryan Palmeter of Orange Park. Palmeter's victims include Angela michelle Carr, 52, Anolt Joseph Laguerre Jr., 19, and Jarrald De'Shawn Gallion, 29. Others were also shot in and outside of the Dollar general store where the shooting occurred.
The shooter seemingly started out at historically black Univeristy Edward Waters where he was removed by school security. He then went on to The Kings Road Dollar general store. Jacksonville sheriff's said that the shooting was "racially motivated" and that Palmeter had "authored manifestos declaring his hate for the Black race and his intentions to kill them."
