According to CNN, Justin Timberlake's case was held on Friday after being accused of driving under the influencer.

The attorney of Timberlake, Edward Burke argues that he was not on under the influence, "The most important fact to know about this case is that Justin was not intoxicated and should not been arrested for DWI," Burke said in a statement.

A Sag Harbor Village officer arrested him in June after a traffic stop him because he was "operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition." According to reports Timberlake told police he "had one martini" before following his friends home.

Another hearing is scheduled for next month.
