Diddy has officially been charged with sex trafficking by force, transportation for prostitution, and racketeering conspiracy, according to an indictment unsealed this morning. He was arrested in New York at the Park Hyatt Hotel and taken into custody by Homeland Security Investigations Monday night. Prosecutors allege that he created and ran a "criminal enterprise" through his business. They claim that this enterprise engaged in crimes including "sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice" per CNN. If convicted on all counts, he would be facing decades in prison. His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, made a statement saying they will fight to prove his innocence.
