According to People, Eddie Murphy's son, Eric popped the question to Martin Lawrence's daughter, Jasmine, on Wednesday, November 27. The two shared an intimate video of the proposal on Instagram on Saturday, November 30th. Video shows the process of Eric covering the room with beautiful decorative candles, rose bouquets, and flowers on the floor. Eric is seen in a different shot, getting down on one knee to propose to Jasmine before she says "yes" and sharing a passionate kiss.
In the caption, Jasmine posted, "We're engaged!! God truly blessed us with a love that feels like destiny," she continued, "We couldn't be more excited for this next chapter." Eric and Jasmin's relationship was first debuted in June 2021 and has been flourishing since.
