According to CNN, Beyoncé has been named by Billboard the greatest pop star of the 21st century. This pick was staff-chosen based on the standards and influence she has shown through out her career. "Beyoncé tops our staff-chosen editorial list based on her 25 years of influence, impact, and evolution," Billboard's Andrew Unterberger wrote. She has set the Grammy-winning record of 32-wins, fans are looking forward to her 11 nominations for her recent album "Cowboy Carter." Taylor Swift was announced as No. 2, and Rihanna at the No. 3 spot.
