According to the Shade Room, Tony Buzbee told TMZ Sports that he will not be releasing the sex tape involving his client and Shannon Sharpe. In his social media statement addressing the accusations, Sharpe referenced the sex tape, saying that it would be edited and used to "make [him] look guilty." Buzbee states that the video is "key evidence in the case and will be treated as such."
