According to HotNewHipHop, Kelsey Harris' former bodyguard alleges that she was the one responsible for shooting Megan Thee Stallion, not Tory Lanez. He allegedly overheard Harris on the phone say that she shot Meg 3 times, when Tory grabbed her arm and knocked it down, causing the gun to fire twice more.
