According to Billboard, Chris Brown has spoken out for the first time since being released from jail in London on $6.7 million bond. Brown took to his Instagram Stories to write "FROM THE CAGE TO THE STAGE!!!" as he prepares to embark on his Breezy Bowl XX stadium tour. The tour was put in jeopardy when Brown was originally denied bail.
