According to TMZ, Marcus Jordan has requested to postpone his upcoming DUI trial, originally scheduled for later this month. He is asking for more time to negotiate a plea deal with prosecutors. His request was granted by the state prosecutors and his trial will now begin in September. He is currently facing criminal charges for DUI, resisting an officer without violence, and possession of ketamine.
