According to CNN, Diddy will be sentenced in a hearing scheduled for October 3. Diddy was found guilty on two counts of prostitution last week, with each count holding a maximum sentence of 10 years, though analysts predict he will serve much less than that. He was found not guilty on the charges that held the most time, racketeering and sex trafficking.
