According to TMZ, Diddy has been denied bail for the second time, as his time works to get him released before sentencing. Judge Arun Subramanian ruled against Diddy's bail motion Monday, stating there were no "exceptional reasons" warranting his release. While the $50 million bail package was denied, Judge Subramanian stated that the ruling will not affect his sentencing decision on October 3rd.
