A manhunt is underway after an accused killer mistakenly released from state custody due to a paperwork problem.
29-year-old Garrett Glover should have been held in custody in lieu of $2 million bond from a 2012 Dan Ryan Expressway shooting that resulted in the death of motorist Larry Porter, 25.
Glover is considered dangerous.
