The Chicago City Council is considering solutions to prevent deaths like Kenneka Jenkins, the young girl found in a freezer in Rosemont, for hotel security.
They are also making sure Chicago hotel will be held responsible for securing freezers, monitoring and restricting access to off-limits areas. In addition, hotels will also install a panic around the area for safety.
