The 21-year-old woman who accused of Nelly of raping is withdrawing her case because she doesn't want to testify!
The woman's lawyer, Karen Koehler, sent a lawyer to the Auburn Police Department in Washington that she wanted to “put a halt to the criminal investigation.” Her lawyer also stated the woman "wishes she had not called 911 because she believes the system is going to fail her."
Nelly also took to Twitter to address and clarify that he was not charged with a crime and no bail was required. Investigation is still pending.
