Nelly's rape accuser refusing to testify is not slowing down the police from investigating the rapper. He is still currently being investigated for the alleged rape.
Nelly's attorney, Scott Rosenblum, tells TMZ that he is confident the case will be closed based on the evidence. The accuser is still not testifying because she doesn't want to take the pressure of taking on a celebrity and she felt betrayed by police.
