Tyrese's ex-wife, Norma Gibson, is now accusing him of breaching a temporary restraining order against their daughter!
The claims were made after Tyrese had a plane fly over their daughter's school with a banner saying "No matter what, Daddy loves you Shayla". The Daily Mail is reporting the 10-year-old said she was 'mortified' by the public display. This all took place a few days before the family's court date to testify against her father.
Before this, Gibson is also accusing the Fast And The Furious star of child abuse. Gibson is saying he spanked their only child on several occasions. Tyrese is denying the claims but this situation still sparked an investigation by the L.A. County of Department of Children and Family Services. Norma is seeking full custody of the child.
Tyrese also took to Instagram to express how he feels about the situation.
