So it turns out Usher got rid of the Herp! Not the STD but I'm talking about the Herpes Lawsuit. The woman who accused Usher goes by the name of Laura Helm, had her case dismissed. Originally Helm was saying that her and Usher had unprotected sex but she got caught on a phone call saying only her and Usher had protected sex.
But as much as I wanna be happy for brother Usher, just like a Herpes outbreak this lawsuit may pop up again, the girl who is suing him is planning to refile the lawsuit.
