Colin Kaepernick recently spoke with Meek Mill and gave an update on him via Twitter.
According to an article on Billboards, Kaepernick voiced his support for Meek on social media and vowed to help the embattled rapper fight his way out of prison. "Sadly there are Black folks going through the same radicalized injustice(s) within the justice system that Meek Mill has experienced for over a decade EVERY SINGLE DAY," he shared on social media then. "This requires more than just gradual reform in laws—It requires a swift overhaul."
