Chicago Police announced they arrested three juveniles on Tuesday in connection to at least "16 potential carjackings" on the west and south side.
Chicago Police Department spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said no specifics can be released now because there are “two additional offenders that we are seeking to apprehend.”
According to NBC news, it is not clear if the charges has been approved yet. So far, there has been 700 carjackings reported this year.
