It seems like everyday some one new is getting accused of sexual misconduct.
Nelly even made the names that were thrown out there.
There was a lady that accused Nelly of Rape!
And from the beginning Nelly has been fighting the accusations and saying that it was not true.
Earlier this week, prosecutors dropped the case against Nelly because the accuser refused to cooperate. According to the woman’s lawyer, the alleged victim felt that she would never be able to stand up against his celebrity status and the public pressure.
Well you would think Nelly would be good with the fact that she dropped the charges.
Now that Nelly is in the clear, he is considering legal action against the victim, as his lawyer says he “has suffered very real damage to his reputation.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀“He has incurred an economic loss and painfully has watched his family suffer. As a result Nelly is planning to proceed with litigation as the first step in restoring his reputation,”
