A Chicago father is being charged with the brutal murder of his 2-year-old son is going to appear in court today. The father killed his son because the baby was keeping him awake Wednesday afternoon in their apartment.
The father's name is 37-year-old Rolando Ortiz and he killed his son by taking a knife to his throat.
According to ABC 7, "He tried to call his wife but couldn't reach her. He was able to get his sister in law on the phone and police say he confessed to her."
