The Markham Suburban man accused of kidnapping his own children is charged with killing their mother on Saturday.
Lynn Washington, 40, was charged in court with the murder of his estranged wife, 27-year-old Lakisha Roby. On top of this, he is also facing charges with parental abduction. His bond was denied.
The children were found late Thursday afternoon at Washington's mother's home in Harvey. Watch the video below for more on the story.
