One person part of an advocacy group is looking to get MORE speed camera's put in around the city and to lower the speed limits too. The reason is because of an increase in pedestrians getting hit and killed by drivers. Now while this is very unfortunate to happen, I don't think the vast majority of people are down with the proposes made. Traffic is already slow at the current speeds, and NO ONE likes speed cameras, PERIOD. So maybe another way to help lessen these types of deaths can be made?
