WOW! This is an eye opener!! A Chicago police and Norfolk Southern Railroad investigation is underway due to a “bait truck” being used to lure thieves in Englewood! The truck was placed on 59th and Princeton and was filled with boxes of Nike merchandise! As a result one man was arrested for burglary after video captured him breaking in the trailer. According to David King, 36, he broke into the trailer for food. King is hearing impaired and used sign language to communicate with police. What are your thoughts?
