According to Police, the murder of 73-year-old Douglass Watts and 26-year-old Eli Moscowitz, were related by the same masked man! Both murders took place in the Rogers Park neighborhood which has the community on edge! Surveillance footage captured a masked man dressed in all black. Police believe this man is responsible for both of these deaths. THOUGHTS?
