After spending more than 3 weeks behind bars for an accident that occurred at Varsity Nightclub in Atlanta, rapper Lil Durk was finally given a $250,000 bond. The conditions of the bond are that the rapper cannot be anywhere near a weapon, he has curfew that requires him to be in the house from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. every night and there is to be no witness intimidation. Durk is being charged with been charged with 5 felonies: including criminal intent to commit murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and another charge of associating with a criminal street gang to participate in a crime.
