On the day before the 5th year anniversary of Eric Garner's death , the Justice Department has decided that federal charges will not be filed against the police officer involved in his death! Attorney General William P. Barr determined against seeking a civil rights indictment on Officer Daniel Pantaleo. “The D.O.J. has failed us,”Mr. Garner’s mother, Gwen Carr, said. “Five years ago, my son said ‘I can’t breathe’ 11 times. Today, we can’t breathe. Because they have let us down.”
