We are looking for rappers and singers across the Chicago Land Area to be 1 of 4 to perform as part of our Dream Act Performance at this year's Music Summit Presented by AT&T.
Kyle And the WGCI Street Team will be at AT&T on 8658 S. Cottage Grove Ave., Chicago from 1p to 3pm. This will be your time to drop of music on a USB or CD.
This year's Grand Prize is Trip to L.A. for a Business Meeting with Empire Records along with a Single Recording Deal with ATS/Hitco Chicago.
Second place will receive a trip to New York City and a Development Deal with 300 Entertainment.

13 and older to submit music. 13 to 17 submissions will need Parental Consent. Music submissions must be clean, radio edits on USB or CD. All original Music, No covers. Cannot be bound to a record label contract.
