A 7 yr-old little girl was shot on Halloween while trick-or-treating and is clinging to life. Shots rang out on the 3700 block of West 26th street at around 5:30! According to authorities the block was full of trick-or-treaters at the time! The little girl was shot in the chest and neck. She was rushed to Comer Medical Center. Police have confirmed that there was a man who was also shot in the hand and was the intended target. “We have identified one person of interest,” police supt. Eddie Johnson said this morning in a news conference. “We know there are multiple individuals who were involved who have knowledge of individuals were were involved in the incident,” he said.
