OnlyFans: The Double Standard

Only Fans swept entertainment industry by storm. During coronavirus while bookings stopped, Only Fans gave celebrities a way to interact with their fans in a more intimate way and cash out at the same time. While the opportunity is there, there is a double standard that weighs in heavy on social media. Reality TV and Rap star Sukihana recently promoted her Only Fans on social media by posting a video of her giving her finance a blow job. It completely broke the internet and social media went into an uproar!

Along with that a lot of men and women were saying that Suki should be ashamed, bringing her children into the backlash, and expecting Suki to be a role model because she is a celebrity. A couple of days later, Tyga also started an only fans and promoted very explicit pictures of his “man part” with absolutely no holding back. His new account also broke the internet, but the difference between Tyga and Suki is that Tyga got a ton of praise.

Social media praised Tyga for his package and he became a Zaddy for a lot of females who were never looking Tyga’s way. I didn’t see anyone dragging Tyga, bringing up his kid, or holding him accountable as a role model. The double standard on social media is at an all time high a long with a lot of other negativity. Obviously there is a huge difference in what they actually posted on their page but people expect women to be role models and men will be praised for the same actions. Do you think there is a difference between Suki and Tyga’s Only Fans post?
