A Florida principle is under investigation after her disciplinary actions went too far. According to news reports, Melissa Carter, was recorded bending a child over and whooping them with a paddle.
The principal called the student into her office because she had received information that the student caused $50 worth of computer damage. The mother stated in an interview that she sacrificed her daughter so that she could let other parents know what is being taken place at the school.
