Earlier this month both Nicki Minaj and her husband Kenneth Petty were hit with a huge lawsuit.The alleged victim has requested a $15 million judgement ruling due to witness intimidation. In response Minaj’s lawyer requested that there be a delay in the petition.
Nicki is finally speaking out and says that her failure to respond to the complaint was just an innocent mistake and that she is asking the courts to excuse her delay so that she can defend what she believes to be a frivolous case.
